The funds will include the USD 25m loan from the IDB and up to USD 75m in equity, which includes the IDB USD 5m equity investment.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The fund will invest in the fields of health care, education, housing and basic utility services. IGNIA plans to exit within twelve years.
