Really neat gadgets! I like the Asus Bamboo laptop(very sporty!) and the usbcell batteries the most.

Very promising gadgets. I look forward to the day when these eco-friendly gadgets and the likes would be more affordable so that most of us would able to take possession of them and apply it to our everyday lives. I do hope it&#39s soon, surely it&#39ll make such very big difference.

There doesn&#39t need to be a battery in the clock, it just uses disimilar metals for electrodes. Basic high school physics (or was it chemistry?). Replacing the electrodes will probably cost more than the batteries though so I agree it&#39s lame.

You cannot harvest energy from water. Not even to power a clock.

There is a battery in the clock and the water is bridging the connection to make it appear as though it is powering the clock. The website says you may need to add table salt to the water, this is because the salt will allow the electricity conduct better.

It is disgusting that the makers of this product would make these claims.
